Usage Scenarios

1. When the same survey is distributed in multiple countries, there is no need to generate multiple distribution links. The system automatically displays the corresponding language version based on the language of the respondent's device and allows the respondent to switch languages independently.

2. Survey design requires multinational collaboration, supports bilingual parallel editing, and the collected statistical data can be viewed in multiple languages.

3、Simply set the logic and options for the main language survey, and other languages will be synchronized, eliminating the need for repetitive settings for multiple surveys.

There are two ways to create a multilingual survey: creating a multilingual survey online and using Excel import.

creating a multilingual survey online

【step1】 Click to create a survey, add questions, and perform logical settings and other operations.

Add Question Editing Survey

【step2】Enter the multilingual settings and select Simplified Chinese or English as the primary language for the survey.

The primary language is the language of the text on your survey editing page. You can select either Simplified Chinese or English as the primary language from the dropdown list. Once selected, it cannot be changed.

【step3】Click to add language, select the language you need to upload, check the box and confirm the download, and the corresponding translation file will be exported.

【step4】 Open the translation file with column A as the downloaded translation code, column B as the main language text, and column C as the translation language code.

1. Please do not delete the content in columns A/B.

2. Please do not delete the first line language code.

You need to fill in the translated text one-to-one in column C. If there are multiple languages, fill in the corresponding columns accordingly.

【step5】 Upload the translated file to the survey system

【step6】After the upload is successful, if there are missing translations, a prompt will pop up. You can then enter the bilingual comparison page to complete the translations.

You can add text in the translation language column, but the main language cannot be edited.

Once verified, the survey can be launched. The language for answering can be switched in the top right corner.

【step7】After collecting the survey, the data can be used to filter the answering language.

【step8】After exporting the survey response data, you can check the language in the response language column.

Note: The language of the responses is recorded based on the language at the time the respondent clicks the submit survey button. For example, if the submit button is clicked in English, the collected response data will be recorded as English.

Excel Import

【step1】 Click on Excel import to enter the single survey multi-language import.

【step2】You can download the multilingual import template or directly refer to the template for Excel editing.

Note:

1. When uploading the survey, you must strictly follow the template requirements to upload the corresponding language code and related question types.

2. Consistent with the original survey import format, just add an extra line for the language code. The specific language corresponding codes can be viewed within the system.

【step3】 After completing the offline Excel editing, click upload to automatically recognize the multi-language survey.

【step4】 After the import is successful, the content of column D will be displayed in the survey, and you can perform logic settings and other operations.

【step5】Go to the multilingual settings to see the successfully imported translation languages.

Click to comparison translation and modify or supplement the translation language.

Default Language: The system automatically matches the corresponding language based on the user's device. When the matching language is not available, the specified language will be displayed.

【step6】After the recycling starts, the answering end will match the corresponding language survey according to the respondent's device and support switching between answers.

【step7】After collecting the survey, the data can be used to filter the answering language.

【step8】After exporting the survey response data, you can check the language in the response language column.
