If you already have a designed Excel survey, you can directly use the "Automatic Survey Import" feature to import the survey text and create an online survey. This tool supports importing multiple
The survey can be edited in advance in EXCEL, including: basic survey information (project name, product name, survey title, greeting, ending ), question andchoicen content (including font style), question settings, page settings, simple logic settings, etc.
1、 The first 5 lines are the basic information of the survey.
Column A: Fixed as "Project Name", "Product Name", "Survey Title", "Greeting", "Ending"
Columns B、C: Fixed as empty
Column D:"Project Name", "Product Name", "Survey Title", "Greeting", "Ending", etc., corresponding specific content can be left blank; when uploading empty values, the system will automatically fill in the default basic information. (The survey title can be up to 50 characters)

2、The 6th line is a blank line for spacing
3、 Starting from line 7 are the survey questions, identify the contents of the first 4 columns, with one blank line between each question.
Column A: Question number or "paging"; no blank line is needed between "paging" and the question; Column A for all information fields is fixed to: 0
Column B: Question type; It needs to match the question type names in the system. Support all question types.
Column C: Question setup, choice setup;
Column D: Question stem, remarks, choice content; remarks are on the next line of the question stem, starting with "Remarks :", and the colon: only supports Chinese
(Each column starting from column D represents a survey.)
4、Import support for text style recognition, including bold, italic, underline, strikethrough, and font color.
5. Separator: The questions and choices of Matrix Single Choice in column D, as well as the questions and choices of Matrix Multiple Choice , are separated by the caret symbol (^).
6. Special symbol instructions: Importing angle brackets <> is not supported. If the imported text includes <>, the angle brackets <> and the text within them will be automatically cleared. Please edit directly online.
7. Question Setting:
(1) optional setting: If no settings are made in column C, the question is mandatory by default; if the question is optional, fill in "optional" in column C of the corresponding row.
(2) Choice random sorting settings: By default, choice random sorting is not enabled; if enabled, fill in "choice random" in column C of the row where the question is located. To specify choices that should not be randomized, fill in "not random" in column C of the row where the specified choices are located.
(3) Maximum and minimum choice settings: If enabled, fill in column C of the row where the question is located with: minimum: m; maximum: n, where m and n are numerical values, and m must be less than or equal to n. It supports setting only one of the two.
(4) Question random order setting: Supports matrix single choice, matrix multiple choice , and matrix scale . By default, question random order is not enabled; if enabled, enter "random question" in column C of the row where the question is located. To specify a question, enter "not random" in column C of the row where the question is located.
(5) Setting the minimum and maximum scores for scale questions: In column D, fill in the last four rows with the minimum score, ^, maximum score, and abnormal item, respectively. The first row is for the minimum score, the second row is for the connector ^, the third row is for the maximum score, and the fourth row is for the abnormal item. If the fourth row is empty, it will automatically be recognized as no abnormal item. Both the minimum and maximum scores are integers and can be negative numbers.
(6) Scale question scale prompt setting:
① Single survey entry
Set the left prompt on the row with the lowest score
Set the intermediate prompt in the line where the connector is located
Set the right-side tooltip on the row with the highest score
② Multiple survey entries (multi-language compatible with entry method ①)
Insert a row under the remarks, and enter the prompts from the lowest score to the highest score from left to right, separated by Chinese delimiters. A maximum of three prompts can be recognized, and the format is fixed.
Example:
[Scale] How satisfied are you with Jay Chou overall?
Remarks: Please make objective choices, positive numbers indicate satisfaction
Prompt:Unsatisfied (negative score); Average; Satisfied (positive score)
8. Choice Settings:
(1) Fill-in-the-blank settings: By default, no fill-in-the-blank boxes are added unless specified. If a choice requires a fill-in-the-blank box, enter "fill in the blank" in column C of the row where the choice is located.
(2) Required Setting: If a fill-in-the-blank choice is set, it is not mandatory by default unless specified otherwise; if the fill-in-the-blank box for that choice is required, fill in "required" in column C of the row where the choice is located.
(3) Mutually Exclusive Setting: Only multiple choice support this setting. By default, if not specified, all choices are not mutually exclusive. If a choice is mutually exclusive, enter "mutual exclusion" in column C of the row where the choice is located.
9. Citation settings: Importing citation settings is not supported, please edit directly online.
10. Association Settings: Importing associations is not supported, please edit online directly.
11. Logical settings: For choices that require simple logic settings, mark them in column C of the row where the choice is located.
(1) Supported question types: single choice, dropdown , multiple choice
(2) Format instructions: Separate question numbers with commas, use ~ to connect consecutive question numbers.

On the home page, click the "Excel Import" button to enter the import page, and choice Single-survey or Multi-survey import.
After uploading the EXCEL file, the system will automatically recognize the survey content and generate a survey list. The uploaded surveys support re-uploading or deletion (deleted surveys will not generate a survey). You can adjust the project name, product name, and survey title.
After confirming the survey information, click "Create Survey" to generate an online survey, which will be displayed in the "My Surveys" list.
