A heatmap allows respondents to answer questions by selecting or marking on the heatmap, typically used to display and collect respondents' preferences, satisfaction, or other evaluations of multiple

【STEP 1】 Create Heatmap

In the survey editing page, select "Heatmap" from the question type controls on the left side or click the + button in the quick toolbar on the right side of a specified question to create a new heatmap.

【STEP 2】Edit title, notes, and choice content

The title, choices, and remarks all support rich text editing, including: font styles.Insert hyperlink, insert image, insert video, quote survey content.

An image must be uploaded in order to publish the survey.

【STEP 3】Question Setup

Mandatory settings

After turning off the "Mandatory Question" feature in the right panel, this question can be skipped during the survey. By default, the "Mandatory Question" feature is enabled for all questions.

Comment after choice

After activation, respondents can customize follow-up questions about the reasons for their choice after selecting an image.

Choice Settings

You can limit the minimum and maximum number of clicks a user can make on an image within the same question.

When the choice for commenting is enabled, an input box corresponding to the marked point will be generated below when the respondent clicks on it.

View survey data

The statistics page allows you to view each respondent's clicks on the images.

1.In the statistical analysis page, points with completely consistent positions will be merged and presented in the form of a heat map. The deeper the color, the higher the number of clicks, with the corresponding number of clicks displayed below.

2.Click "Export All" to download user IDs, click coordinates, and comment details.

Empty means the respondent did not comment on the marked point.

3.Click "Select Area to Export" to select the area on the heatmap from which you want to export data for local analysis. (For example, if you only want to view the quiz details of players who selected the face, the corresponding area data will be automatically exported after confirming the selection.)
