Dropdown allow respondents to select an answer from a preset group of choices by clicking on a dropdown menu. This is suitable for scenarios with a large number of choices.
On the survey editing page, select "Dropdown " from the question type controls on the left, or click the + button in the quick toolbar on the right side of the specified question to choose "Dropdown Question" to create a new dropdown question.
The title, choices, and remarks all support rich text editing, including: font styles.Insert hyperlink, insert image, insert video, quote survey content.
After turning off the "Required" feature in the right panel, this question can be left blank when answering.
You can freely switch between single-choice , multiple-choice , and dropdown . After switching, the mandatory answer settings, choice association settings, and choice randomization settings of the original question will be retained.
Choice association means that the choices selected (or not selected) by the respondent will appear as choices in the next question. This is generally used in cases where two questions are highly related or in follow-up questions.
In the question editing mode, you can setchoices to be randomized. Once set successfully, the choices will be displayed on the answering end according to the selected randomization method. The randomization methods include: random order, random forward and reverse order, and grouped display.
Choice randomization refers to presenting the choices in a question in a random order when answering. Once the "Choice Randomization" feature is enabled, a "Not Random" checkbox will appear on the right side of each option. If you wish to keep a particular choice in its current position, you can check the "Not Random" box, and that choice will not be included in the randomization.
Random forward/reverse order of options means that the choices in the question will appear in a random forward or reverse order when answering. After enabling the "Random forward/reverse order of choices" feature, a "Fix the last choice" toggle will appear below the "Random forward/reverse order of choices" feature. If you wish to keep the last choice fixed in its current position, you can enable the "Fix the last choice" feature, so that the last choice will not participate in the random forward/reverse order when displayed on the answering end.
choiceshoices grouping display refers to freely dividing options into multiple groups, and during the vey, one or more options from each group are randomly selected for display, supporting random sorting display between groups.
In the statistical analysis page, display the response results of the dropdown question in the form of subtotal + bar percentage.
